Well, it certainly happened much faster than April and I anticipated, but after only a month of starting to consider buying a house, we've done so. Boulder Parke is still under construction (they don't even have a model up yet), but in the January to March range April and I will have a brand new, custom designed, 2300 sq ft townhome to call our own.
Ryan homes is building these new homes over on the Southside off of Jahnke Rd, and with all of the incentives and discounts, it was sorta hard to pass up nearly tripling our living space. There will of course be a huge house-warming party once we get in there, and we will of course be enlisting everybody's help to actually get us into the new place. I'll post pictures as they become available.
