So MSNBC.com reported today that President Bush will be ceding power to Vice President Dick Cheney while he's under anesthesia for a routine colonoscopy. This brings up the question that I'm sure we're all thinking about - isn't Cheney already in power? Why does Bush have to have a colonoscopy (though maybe they can find whatever stick he has up his ass in regards to Iraq) for the world to know that Cheney is calling the shots?
